This course will introduce security professionals to cloud-based MVP Access. MVP does not require on-premise software. Access to the cloud software allows users to see real time reporting of events and full control of the system. MVP is enterprise level software and is ACaaS (Access Control as a Service). This ACaaS gives the dealer RMR (Recurring Monthly Revenue).
MVP is a fee-based system with a low cost per door/reader. Along with video integration, this system allows security professionals the ability to offer their customer everything they need to security their property. MVP allows for utilization of the Alarm Lock wireless locks as well as hardwired panels for true versatility.
The security professional will need to set themselves up as a dealer on the NAPCO Comnet website. Topics covered will include gateway enrollment, expander discovery and lock discovery as well as the basics of the software. The MVP phone App will also be covered, which includes free mobile credentials.
