Flexibility of traffic control and easy installation is offered by 4900 Series Heavy Duty Deadlatches. A key-controlled bolt hold-back feature allows for two-way traffic for applications which require free entrance at certain times and exit-only at other times. This allows a “locked” entrance to be used as an exit by visitors already in the building. 1-3/4” [44.5 mm] minimum door thickness required. Interchangeable, without stile modification, with any MS1850S deadbolt of same backset and faceplate shape. Also retrofits to existing 4510 and discontinued 4700 Deadlatch preparations.

The 4511-35-201-313 series Deadlatch offers maximum flexibility of traffic control during and after business hours. While bolt is held fully retracted, a reverse turn of the key retains the bolt and thus allowing the door to be free swinging with two-way traffic for hospitals, banks, stores, and other buildings which require free entrance at certain times and exit-only at other times. It is easily interchangeable, without stile modification with any MS1850A or MS1850S Deadlock of same backset and faceplate shape. However, they donot provide the same maximum security level as the MS Deadlock.

S. Parker solid brass, 197 series lever flush bolts have 12” rods, and are 1” x 6 3/4”. These are type FF-H-111B-1045 bolts and meet ANSI A115.4 specifications. Made to template for easy installation in metal or wood
door frames. Specially designed bolt head requires only a punched hole and prevents turning. Use of strike optional.
